Meet Kelly Bonadies, Owner.

BUD’s founder, Kelly Bonadies, has gained local and national attention for her unprecedented, innovative, and effective approach to addressing socio-economic and racial disparities through real estate and community development.

Kelly comes from an art background, lives in North Nashville and both have shaped her views on development. Once she got to know her neighbors, the neighborhood kids and saw the obstacles they experienced for themselves and what statistically was ahead of them she knew there had to be a better way. She refuses to accept the status quo. She realized the power development has on social order and change. Where you live in proximity to what resources and opportunities are present impacts today and tomorrow. She wants more for her neighborhoods and all developments.
